KPO and Company is looking for a Content Writer/Editor with high-quality communications, strategic content, and mentorships.

The ideal candidate will help us research, write and edit various content for our web pages, such as industry blog articles and in-depth insights.

In this position, you will team up with the rest of the team members who collaborate on other parts of our digital marketing, such as SEO, content, and website design & development.

We'll provide free training for the job.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, business English, journalism, or a related field

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience with emerging media, including digital and social media and networking tools
• Experience as a Content creator/copywriter or similar role with a portfolio of published articles
• Has previously written marketing copies, press releases, quarterly corporate reports, presentations, technical documentation, etc., as needed.
• On-page SEO – knowledge of on-page SEO and blogging for lead generation
• Teachable and eager to learn
• Time-efficient and independent
• Industry experience (optional) – experience in the corporate services industry is not required but advantageous

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, Idea / Concept Development
• Establish Workflow: People, Ownership, Roles, Processes

• Content Plan: What, When, How (Short/Long Term) Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Exacting attention to detail, strategic planning & training skills
• Ability to handle and allocate jobs to subordinate / team
• Ability to exercise the utmost discretion, meet tight deadlines, and fill urgent requests
• Team player, ability to interact with staff at all levels
• Humble, highly organized, strong work ethic, and proactive in approach to work
• Excellent verbal and written communication (grammar and writing) skills.
